This form is for Preschool VBS.

This week is designed for children who have NOT attended elementary school yet.
Children ages 3 through kids entering Kindergarten fall 2026.
All children must be fully potty trained to attend VBS. No diapers or pull ups. Children must be able to handle all potty breaks without assistance.
